All domestic and international orders are processed within 4–5 working days from the date of order placement.
Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Please note that made-to-order rugs require additional production time, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Once processed, domestic orders are delivered within 10–15 working days, depending on the delivery location and courier service availability.
After order processing, international shipments are delivered within 15–20 working days. Delivery timelines may vary based on destination country, customs clearance, and local regulations.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery location and order size.
While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, customs clearance, or force majeure events. Jaipur Kaleen is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
